We partnered with the @ourselvespodcast led by @arrad to build a platform for honest creative conversations, capturing the work, decisions, and discipline behind the people shaping culture. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive, designed to value depth over noise and longevity over moments.
“An irreplaceable, end-to-end creative partner.”
Cordia is a creative powerhouse for creator-founders, with teams in New York and Seoul.
We help creatives and the companies they build translate what they know into work that is strategically grounded, narratively distinct, and made to compound.
From founding brand systems to long-term production partnerships, our systems prove that story and scale can coexist.
From channel architecture to the scripts themselves, we turn a point of view into a body of work, and keep refining it until it lands.
On September 16, 2026, SNL announced two new featured players for Season 52, Grace Reiter and Saidah Belo-Osagie, ahead of the show’s September 26 premiere.
Reiter built 3.9 million followers on TikTok off her parody trailer “The Hunger Games (but Better)” and skits on American High.
Belo-Osagie built hers on TikTok and Instagram sketches, then created the event series “Afrobeats Futura” and the solo show “Saidah Gets Closure.”
Most SNL cast members used to come from comedy training centers: Second City, the Groundlings, or UCB.
SNL has hired ten featured players over the past three seasons, and this is the first class where all of them arrived already internet famous.
It already tested the idea on Jane Wickline and Jeremy Culhane, and audiences responded. Reiter came in with 3.9 million TikTok followers, and Belo-Osagie came in with a built-out event series and solo show. Now SNL is going all in.
This is the shape hiring is taking across entertainment, and SNL is not alone in it.
Music is shifting in much the same way. Warner Records signed Dasha only after “Austin” was already a TikTok hit. SNL followed the same idea with Reiter and Belo-Osagie.
You carry the risk for years, unpaid, to prove the idea works. SNL then only shows up once you’ve already done it for free.
Your audience is turning into your résumé, whether you’re applying anywhere or not.
We partnered with Instagram Rings winner @omgadrian to build a platform for honest creative conversations - with creators who've gone the distance. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive of leading creators speaking honestly about confidence, voice, and what it truly takes to show up on camera.
“Supercharged my workflow.”
Throughout the past decade, @colinandsamir have established themselves as the definitive voice of the creator economy. We've now partnered with them to shape their short form presence. The mandate was singular: extract the core insight from each conversation and compress it into moments that travel, without losing the unique perspective that makes them worth watching.
