We partnered with the @ourselvespodcast led by @arrad to build a platform for honest creative conversations, capturing the work, decisions, and discipline behind the people shaping culture. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive, designed to value depth over noise and longevity over moments.
“An irreplaceable, end-to-end creative partner.”
Cordia is a creative powerhouse for creator-founders, with teams in New York and Seoul.
We help creatives and the companies they build translate what they know into work that is strategically grounded, narratively distinct, and made to compound.
From founding brand systems to long-term production partnerships, our systems prove that story and scale can coexist.
From channel architecture to the scripts themselves, we turn a point of view into a body of work, and keep refining it until it lands.
Kai Cenat’s Streamer University returned for a second year, six days after 2025’s four-day debut.
Ludwig taught four classes across the week: audience growth, contracts, sponsorships, and running a channel like a company with real revenue and overhead. On July 17, a seven-minute clip from his class on turning streams into revenue went viral on X.
At the July 19 closing ceremony, Ludwig won the Best Professor award.
Many students who attended Streamer University felt like they made it once they stepped on campus. Ludwig’s own research says otherwise.
The median 2025 student gained just 4 average viewers year over year, lost 40 percent of their audience within a week of leaving campus, and 87 percent never hit that peak again.
Ludwig revealed the secrets that made his own operation successful.
One six-hour stream made $5,500 live, then another $25,000 afterward from the VODs, the YouTube videos, and the Shorts cut from it. “You should be getting everything,” he told the room.
It’s why the students who leave with a plan far outlast the clipfarmers.
As bootcamps and launch events multiply across the creator economy, getting noticed is the cheap part now.
Ludwig’s own Streamer Games shows the same pattern: it lost money in 2024 after he dropped a six-figure Feastables sponsorship, and by 2026 it had grown into a country-based competition with creators from nine countries, hours watched up 72 percent, Ludwig going in expecting his first profitable year.
Successful creators know how to turn content into attention, but what matters is the business you built underneath. Otherwise, as Ludwig puts it, “You won’t make it.”
We partnered with Instagram Rings winner @omgadrian to build a platform for honest creative conversations - with creators who've gone the distance. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive of leading creators speaking honestly about confidence, voice, and what it truly takes to show up on camera.
“Supercharged my workflow.”
Throughout the past decade, @colinandsamir have established themselves as the definitive voice of the creator economy. We've now partnered with them to shape their short form presence. The mandate was singular: extract the core insight from each conversation and compress it into moments that travel, without losing the unique perspective that makes them worth watching.
