We partnered with the @ourselvespodcast led by @arrad to build a platform for honest creative conversations, capturing the work, decisions, and discipline behind the people shaping culture. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive, designed to value depth over noise and longevity over moments.
“An irreplaceable, end-to-end creative partner.”
Cordia is a creative powerhouse for creator-founders, with teams in New York and Seoul.
We help creatives and the companies they build translate what they know into work that is strategically grounded, narratively distinct, and made to compound.
From founding brand systems to long-term production partnerships, our systems prove that story and scale can coexist.
From channel architecture to the scripts themselves, we turn a point of view into a body of work, and keep refining it until it lands.
Why do influencer ads always feel so scripted? It’s because they probably are. Most brands hand creators rigid briefs to regurgitate, essentially revoking their creative license.
That’s not shocking news whatsoever, but when’s the last time you actually listened to one of those inauthentic promos without skipping or clicking off?
When Corporate Natalie landed a $500 sponsored post for Twisted Tea, her first brand deal ever, she felt invincible.
Now after six years, a Deloitte exit, a Forbes 30 Under 30 selection, and dozens of partnerships later, Natalie started a marketing agency to prioritize aspiring creator-founders like she once was.
Corporate Natalie’s agency Expand Co-Lab, since launching in April 2026, is revitalizing the briefing process by reframing creators as partners rather than order takers.
Corporate Natalie quickly grew frustrated with the dynamic between her and the companies she partnered with. Brands would hand her briefs without leaving any room for collaboration, and traditional agencies sat in the middle creating a disconnect.
So, Expand Co-Lab is building the infrastructure that empowers creators to be voices in the room when these briefs are written.
It’s not removing the middleman entirely, but Natalie’s betting that an agency created by someone who’s been in a creator’s shoes can reform a broken structure.
Natalie’s mission has been so well-received because she was the person that started with $500, the influencer who had to endure a world without the solution that she’s now offering.
Therefore, the lesson to be learned has nothing to do with starting an agency.
As a creator, you don’t have to start a beverage company, a clothing brand, or whatever seems like a “popular venture” in the creator economy.
Instead, look around you.
A major bottleneck for you is almost guaranteed to be someone else’s problem. And that intimate, firsthand knowledge of a broken system is often the strongest foundation for the company that fixes it.
We partnered with Instagram Rings winner @omgadrian to build a platform for honest creative conversations - with creators who've gone the distance. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive of leading creators speaking honestly about confidence, voice, and what it truly takes to show up on camera.
“Supercharged my workflow.”
Throughout the past decade, @colinandsamir have established themselves as the definitive voice of the creator economy. We've now partnered with them to shape their short form presence. The mandate was singular: extract the core insight from each conversation and compress it into moments that travel, without losing the unique perspective that makes them worth watching.
