We partnered with the @ourselvespodcast led by @arrad to build a platform for honest creative conversations, capturing the work, decisions, and discipline behind the people shaping culture. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive, designed to value depth over noise and longevity over moments.
“An irreplaceable, end-to-end creative partner.”
Cordia is a creative powerhouse for creator-founders, with teams in New York and Seoul.
We help creatives and the companies they build translate what they know into work that is strategically grounded, narratively distinct, and made to compound.
From founding brand systems to long-term production partnerships, our systems prove that story and scale can coexist.
From channel architecture to the scripts themselves, we turn a point of view into a body of work, and keep refining it until it lands.
==Because the business he built no longer needed his channel.==
On May 16, 2026, Anthony Potero retired his personal YouTube channel anthpo he spent eight years building to nearly two million subscribers. He noted his self-worth being tied to algorithms and public burden.
Months earlier, he had co-founded Pufferfish, a creative marketing agency targeting six-figure brand campaigns, and launched Bunch of Friends, a collaborative YouTube channel.
Anthony isn’t leaving creative work entirely. He’s leaving a business that depended on his face.
Anthony had been running the same experiment for two years before the goodbye video.
The Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest pulled 2,000 people into a Manhattan park and got shut down by police. Cheeseball Man, Kid with Crocs, John Chungus. each one took over a feed before anyone knew he was behind it. The reveal always came later, once the idea had already done the work on its own.
The tell was the instinct that built anthpo could operate anywhere, with or without his face in the picture.
Bunch of Friends and Pufferfish are what you build once you understand that. Now he’s doing campaigns for companies like Airlearn and Cashapp completely independent of his personal brand.
Most creators never pull those two apart. The audience is the only thing they have built, so the audience is the only asset they can see.
For most creators, the channel is the business. Revenue arrives the day a video goes up and stops the day it doesn’t Take a month off and the numbers tell you.
That’s the trap underneath most creator careers. The more the business depends on the one person showing up, the less that person is allowed to stop.
The operators saw it coming and built it out from under it.
Luke Nicholos walked away from 15 million Outdoor Boys subscribers at the peak. The peak is the most expensive place to stand still.
Anthony started building underneath before he reached it.
Many creators stay trapped in the content cycle because they never built anything underneath them.
If you stopped posting for a month, would you have a business to come back to?
We partnered with Instagram Rings winner @omgadrian to build a platform for honest creative conversations - with creators who've gone the distance. What began as a series of conversations has grown into a living archive of leading creators speaking honestly about confidence, voice, and what it truly takes to show up on camera.
“Supercharged my workflow.”
Throughout the past decade, @colinandsamir have established themselves as the definitive voice of the creator economy. We've now partnered with them to shape their short form presence. The mandate was singular: extract the core insight from each conversation and compress it into moments that travel, without losing the unique perspective that makes them worth watching.
